Embolden spell feat

Hi,
embolden spell feat doesn't work with Burst of glacial wrath SLA: it doesn't give +2 DC.

Can confirm this is not working; checking to make sure it's not just a display issue, I took a no fail on 1 Fortitude save character into PvP. Took a FvS with Burst of Glacial Wrath into PvP as well with a DC of 75. Reduced the no fail character save to 65 Fortitude. And began firing Burst of Glacial Wrath. Until I saw a 10 (+65) Save! and a 9 (+65) save failure!.

So Embolden is definitely not being applied, it is not a display issue only.

I mean, there Is a forum for bugs, any DDO staff members who at least confirm the bug after more than 1 month that I reported it?
Is it too difficulty to apply embolden feat to burst of glacial wrath?

burst of glacial wrath is very difficult to land without the help of embolden feat (fortitude save).
