I'm usually good at translating broken english since both sides of my family were primarly non-english, but the OP seems to be authored in a different language then poorly translated using a tool.
Here is my best interpretation (praise or criticism welcomed):
OP was trying to gear his character to handle end game at some point and was given direction to ensure that all base + insightful + quality + artifact stats, dc, and spellpowers were taken care of. He felt mocked a bit as if he was scoffed at for being a noob, but it was most likely due to translation issues. He has since figured out his gearing, and is ok with some compromise (ie. going with weaker gear so that he doesn't have to gear tetris with raid items) and is letting everyone know his problem has been solved despite the tough journey to get there. So there.

I think we're living through a unique time in humanity where language across the globe is being affected by Large Language Model (AI).
Is there a table that gives expected or approximate values for the various attribute enhancements...it may shed some light on the OP comments. I totally assumed it was an AI chatbot that had scrapped the forums and was tossing out mixed terms it had picked up. A human + bad translation software makes sense.

Generally Insightful is a ~40% (a lil' less than half, rounding down), Quality is half that (like 20%, rounding down), and Profane/Sacred/etc are around the same as Quality. Also sometimes weird because of the available items and unique effects.
Like Doublestrike at level 20 you can get 11% Enhancement, 4% Insightful, and 2% Quality. Level 30 you get 15% Enh, 7% Ins, and 3% Quality (and 3% Profane.
Or stats, level 10 you can get 6 Enhancement, 2 Insightful, 1 Quality, 1 Profane, 1 Artifact. Level 21 you can get 10/4/2/1/1 etc (Borderlands is ML21 and has good stat gear, but if you do ML22+ you can slot +2 Festive as well). Level 32 you can get 15/6/3/3/3/2 or so.

Very interestng question I'd prolly argue that since Lim x--->0+ 1/x ---> infinity and Lim x--->0- 1/x ---> -infinity the Limit of lim x--->0 1/x doesnt exist Hence u cant divide by 0

I don't want quality spell potency rather have spell focus in a "slot". I felt "game pressure" to use a quality potency item.
