I've been thinking of making the SF spells relevant by using them to 300% MP scale the carry-along procs. The following will work and scale Ki bolt to 180k or so. Bosses will lose the first blood, but gain debuffing, so will get the same-ish. Up to double if you go full face melting.
I designed this to be a low life alt, with 3 arcane critical epic past lives, and to also be fast, tanky, and passively radiate healing, with minimal 7-12 actions per minute relaxing gameplay. This will 1 shot trash R10 mobs. I consider this an old man's healer build, because it isn't trinity so it is old school D&D where high level casters pwn face, and it has simple AoE radiating healing, as well as some meat on the bones to take hits for those with slower reflexes.
This is a mostly (orchid blossom is low AoE) single target and low/no past life companion build to Sonic Sorc Support (AKA Old Man's Healer).
This is designed to level to 23 on a first life character, then use the +0 heart to swap since DI mantle gets 4 ticks at 23. Use any regular melee or ranged build to get to 23. When doing epic reincarnations, bank explorers right before large rewards/sagas and start over at 23. Ki bolt has no save, so this build doesn't require tomes either, and the +0 heart you start with will enable resetting your stats at 23 (as will the epic past lives). So this is a 0 tome, low or no past life, face melty/tanky/dpsy/healery/fast mover.

Face melting supremacy: Wellspring instead of Empower, Ash + Vacuum instead of affirmation + salt, PL Wiz at 3, weighted boots, would let you debuff for more damage. 1.2x dmg vacuum x 1.2x dmg ash x 1.2x dmg well spring x 1.06 dmg (full darkness stacks) x 1.05 (more spell power) = 350k bolts. Additionally could get monk dilli/shuriken expertise at 1 and 3 and add ranged dps on top.
Utter Annihilation: Example setup. Building to double draconic dot with NiS imbue, stripping poison immunity with alc, then because we want even more adding in shuriken dmg on top instead of making a radiant healer.
Sometime in these lives, test out how wlk dilli and first blood work out. Also test if arcane warrior was ever fixed and let us know. Can swap to monk dilli and get shuriken expertise if it doesn't.
