Hardcore server Lag issues

See this is what happens when SSG makes a "megaserver" with HUNDREDS of people online bordering on ONE THOUSAND players. I know that here in the year 2023 that no MMO can support HUNDREDS let alone ONE THOUSAND players without massive amounts of lag.

and yet, people still log onto the HC server and expect it to have less lag than the other servers even though it has(?) a majority of the population and a lot more AoE (large graphics) and such.

Not surprised, but disappointed. Again. That SSG don't have the commitment or the ressources to permanently fix the server problem is one thing, for them not to do a daily restart is another. The problem is known, the lag gets worse over time.
