Eberron has seven continents, Khorvaire, Aerenal, Xen'drik, Sarlona, Argonnessen, Everice and the Frostfell.
Stormreach is located in the north of Xen'drik.
As for the Forgotten Realms. Abeir-Toril is the planet that makes up the Forgotten Realms.
It consists of various continents and islands, including Faerûn, Kara-Tur, Zakhara, Maztica, Osse, Anchorome and Katashaka
Faerûn is where the kingdom of Cormyr is located with Eveningstar being just north of the King's Forest.
So as far as landmass is concerned it is fairly large. This does not take into account the various planes. I do not think those can be measure in a way we mortals could comprehend.
The actual playable area is rather small by comparison.
