I don't think I saw ghallanda confirm missing party yet - 1 kill on epic. (Does it matter if you're legendary and getting zero xp anyone know?)

That should not matter; so long as you kill it, it should count.

A note on "first kills," we received notification on our first 2 kills for Crucible Thelanis for w/e reason and then it stopped notifying on 3rd kill, and although we got "first kill" notice when confirming the locations for Crucible -> Dead Sea Scrolls, LrdSlvrhnd reports first kill on Lost at Sea. It is entirely possible the first 2 kills are giving out notice so one cannot be certain if it is first or second.
