Come on now. This is a no brainer and you're leaving money on the table by having the xpac purchasing process be so obtuse.
Me and my friends having been trying to pitch in and get our friend some xpacs. Only problem is he's international so sending money is difficult. We've gone through so many hoops trying to get the xpacs for this man(gift cards, paypal,VPNS) etc... This could have been solved in 30 seconds if your store had an option to "Send expac as a gift or send redemption code as a gift".
DnD(and by extension DDO) is a game you play with friends. Anything you can do to facilitate playing with a group will make the game better. This is a big miss for you guys
