And from experience, a few like the mephit are pretty common but you can go long stretches without a couple of the mummies or gnolls showing up at all. The odds of them showing up are most certainly not equal.

Adding that reset timer so people don't bug me to group to break group to reset the slayers zones was one of the best things ever. LOL

At least that is a short run from town to where Den Mother Fheena spawns.
You can also buy it outright from the vendor in town for 625 Antique Bronze Tokens

No, it's a random chance per instance, not a "respawn" as most understand the word.
