if we talking single target dps. No unless ruin abuse also huge diff wether u run LH raids ---> No mana problems or an r10 quest boss for say (u59 sorta changed this too)
if it werent for the mana problems I wouldnt be suprised if an ice sorc goes on par with non RC deeps but owise yeah no
