Party Murder

Was in Bullywugs quest and got two deaths from party member casting Tentacles.
Both times I seemed to be casting Horn of Thunder.
If you read the combat log, you can tell that both hits got me for 3,514 bludgeon damage, around the time I was casting Horn of Thunder.
We tried to recreate it, but didn't have the skills.

We we running vecna r6 and my bard got hit by our warlock's tentacles for a lot. Thankfully it wasn't enough to kill me but it was very surprising.

Now I do have horn of thunder and our warlock did have tentacles if that matters?

It doesn't always happen, there's some interaction with (I think) reaper debuffs/slow maybe? and temporarily causing friendly fire hentai.

I got hit by my own Evards black tentacles when running slayers in salt marsh and thunderholme. It entangled me too and got a box on the debuff bar. My own tentacles, how embarrassing.
