Patching server down?

I'm trying to get back in game, and it seems that the patch servers are down.
Anyone can confirm it?

I'm also getting a 'server connection timed out' message

Yes me too. It gets through some initial checks, but then tries to connect to the patch server and times out and retries over and over.

Browse to DNDlauncher, create a shortcut, then add -disablepatch to the shortcut
