The Lag Monster Has Been Summoned

Since the Update on Wednesday, I have had at least SOME sort of lag all the time. From rubber-banding to having to click on everything twice, like NPC/chests interaction and transporting/recalling/summoning a hireling, to every time I attack a group of mobs - I am swinging and nothing is happening to the mobs, then, suddenly, the mobs sort of blink and my attacks are finally registering and I take damage for the duration they were froze and apparently attacking me. Seriously, every time I am logged into the game, this lag is hindering me.

The devs MAY have a new “if there is a soveriegn xp potion and people are running R3 legendary quests on hardcore then ramp up the lag, this MAY have been added to their new dungeon alert code as a stealth adjustment”
