Suddenly it's the.. IDK, leader? Why is it not a member of my party anymore? Or. because hovering on my Animated gives me the same msg, Why am I suddenly no longer the leader of my party or hires??

It is a bug related with lag that happens sometimes. Suggestion said the only you can do: recall to public area and leave the party.
