DDO Store Unavailable

My store transaction history shows nothing for points gained but I put on a bunch of levels and favor yesterday. This is the second time the store having issues resulted in DDO points not being earned.

Same for me. Both my accounts are missing points gained during the time the store was down.

I opened a ticket and was able to get my missing DDO points awarded by customer service. (It likely helped that I'd just TR'd and knew exactly how much favor I'd earned)
