This is the only outstanding rune-arm problem I'm aware of.

As for sound. At first I thought the update reset sound levels to max, but since I don't know how I had the sound levels set before the update I can't confirm that.
In battle sound is definitely louder for me (sounds of hits especially).
I've lowered sound to 85, and will probably move that down to 75.

Is there a specific sound or sounds you are talking about, or are you saying that music, environmental effects, dungeon master voice over, combat sounds, etc. are all too loud here?

The main Sharn city trumpet music feels too loud.

It also plays continuously during the "Kill 10 rats" quest, making it hard to play that quest with music turned on.

The one where pressing ALT charging the Runearm disables the left mouse button. You must do some other action to reenable it like clicking right mouse button.
