I'm not sure if this can be fixed, but here goes.


The clicky on this item (much like a lot of others) can not be used while raging. Considering this item is built for raging characters and you will likely need to be able to click it while raging due to the short duration, can we make it usable while raging? Just feels like an obvious miss on the item.
Have you not tried clicking it while raged and seeing what happens? :giggle:

Unless I'm crazy, nothing happens since you can't use it while raged. Now granted I haven't tried it in a couple weeks so maybe I'm misremembering something here. I just happened to remember to post about it earlier.

I could swear people were happy that this item actually worked while raged after asking for it; but I could be wrong.

I could be mistaken as it has been a few weeks since I tried. If I'm wrong, my bad. :)

Just as another fyi, I am using the razorclaw rage in case that matters.

[1] Cleric level 6 deity feat Silver Flame Exorcism doesn't count Dark Apostate levels for the DC.
The feat tooltip shows DC 10 + Cleric levels + Charisma Modifier with a 10 minute(!) cooldown.
Level 13 Dark Apostate with 10 CHA shows DC 10.

In game it's difficult to tell which enemies are 'extraplanar' creatures.

Please update:
  • Rework effects and damage.
  • On the tooltip list correct effects with affected races or types.
  • Lower the cooldown. Power Word: Kill 3 minutes 30 seconds, Wail of the Banshee/Implosion 1 minute, Circle of Death 30 seconds, Hurl through Hell 25 seconds, Devour the Soul/Banishment 15 seconds, Dismissal/Finger of Death/Destruction/Slay Living 8 seconds.
  • Allow targeting undead too. 'Exorcism: to expel an evil spirit.'

Testing:
CHA correctly affects the DC.
  1. Activate the feat.
  2. No combat dice or log text.
  3. Shows 'save' over the monsters head for a second.
  4. Gives monster a debuff 'Silver Flame Exorcism'.
  5. Debuff damages up to a maximum of 12 points of good damage every 2 seconds for 30 seconds. Not affected by spellpower.
  6. Enemies sometimes take double damage up to 24 a tick.
  7. A Feywild earth elemental didn't save once, it did no damage but 'banished' the elemental.

[2] The spell Sleet Storm is not cleared by Gust of Wind or Cyclonic Blast.

[3] Request: Change Dismissal and Banishment to have normal spell DCs not affected by enemy hit die.

Dodge Issue?
I am verifying my DDOBuilder data and at level 4 Monk I am coming up with a 1% dodge discrepancy where the game claims 21% and the builder 20%.
All my numbers appear to be correct based on stated game data.

My dodge value was correct at level 3.
Tests: I reset my reaper tree's to empty and they had no effect on the dodge total.
Removing the Dockworker's Outfit reduces the dodge by 1 and the String of Ears effect takes over (Dodge in game reduces to 20%).

The only effect that should have changed its bonus to dodge is the feat Flurry of Blows that at level 4 Monk should give 6%. Is that how much its giving as I am at a loss to explain the 1% discrepancy.

Edit Note: After levelling to level 5, my builder and game match again at 22% (Slightly different items)

Falconry 5% Conditioning Hitpoints rounding error?

Without Falconry Conditioning (+5% bonus hitpoints) I get a match in the builder of 240 hitpoints compared to the game of 240

5% of 240 is exactly 12. But the game is only adding 11! Is there a rounding error?

Is there any possibility of introducing arcane tempest scrolls into the game? Currently they don't drop at all.

Item "Vambraces of the Summer Court" list 1% Insightful double strike, yet appear to grant 2%.
Removing this item and reequipping causes double strike to drop by 2% and go back up by 2%

Chain reward givers will not give you the reward if you did not select it from the list in the first discussion, they will just turn blue and reset themselves.

Not sure if it applies to all of them, but most recently I've had this happen in lordsmarch plaza and sharn

I just checked in-game and the tooltip looks correct to me. Would you mind letting me know where specifically you're seeing it mention Spell Resistance?
Did you look on the Lammania because I meant the normal server, but maybe the tooltip overhaul fixed it.

This is from hardcore. It says Spell Resistance: No , but in reality it is Yes.

Melee Artificer Freak
After death the main weapon have to be reequiped because the Melee Power from the filigrees disappear. The minor Artifact seems to be ok after death but the sentient gem or the filis in the main weapon seems to be bugged.

My main weapon (Attuned dino kukri) filis (all rare):
  • Prowess: PRR / Critical Confirmation / Attack and Damage / Melee Power
  • Sucker Punch/One Againyt Many Raid / Sucker Punch: Melee Power
  • Dreadbringer: PRR / Melee Power / Tactics DC
  • Zarigan's Arcane Enlightment/Voltaic Experiment +2 Int (+4MRR)
