So Reaper X doesn't boost your chance to "X + 0.01"?

Not as far as I'm aware. But that's based off what I've heard; I don't do any data mining myself so I only know what people comment about on discord.

Don't expect it to be anything beyond the current gear curves. They went thru a massive amount of headache stat crunching and fixing the gear curve; there's zero reason for them break things now when they've got multiple years of expansions and level increases to get through. Level 34 gear and content is just a stepping stone.

That was done to sell new power, and I want the new power to be dialed to 11.
