Watching the voodoo video the lever text floating above the gears acts kind of strange and might be giving away information.

Numbering them from top going clockwise as 1-6, voodoo completes the puzzle using the order of 3,4,5,2,6,1

The word "lever" floats above gears as he hovers over it and looks pretty uninteresting until he starts clicking on the outer gears.

When he hits 3 the word "lever" moves to be above 4.
When he hits 4 the word "lever" moves to be above 5.
When he hits 5 the word "lever" moves to be above 2....not 6 like I would have expected if there was some index priority in the code.
When he hits 2 the word "lever" moves to be above 6.
When he hits 6 the word "lever" moves to be above 1.
After he hits 1 the gate opens.

I don't have a toon that can do it on reaper at level and evade or do traps - so I am going to try and confirm what I can about this by running overlevel.

For now I would assume there is nothing to it.

I give up on Raindbow in the dark. Somehow I've died 4/4 times trying to solve this stupid "random" lever puzzle. Someone else is going to have to finish this for sarlona

I'm unable to reproduce the float text of Voodoo's run and so unable to reach any conclusions currently.

Anyone know what settings he is using to get that?

It's auto targeting closest clickable item.

This tracks with the q-targeting testing we did which seemed to do just that.

Though I would like to reproduce it without having to hit q-target to be sure, this seems the most logical and likely explanation.

yes, I have been completing each time, just putting that info out
what build od you have that has wings at this level? Unfortunately, my only char in that level is a druid.

Also, the door doesn't always seem to open when the floor breaks. It hasn't teh last two times we tried it anyways.

I'm at 6/7 for floor breaking on my first lever pull, and 7/7 of floor breaking. Sigh. I give up lol.

I think it really exemplifies the madness of what we are doing

Earthy/ Rusty/ Mixie - refers to the underpass mobs
Breaky/ Smoothie - whether there is a pit
Button/ Smoothie - whether there is a button
Frontie, Wheelie, Wally, Innie - 2 Traps at puzzle

Rusty Breaky Button Frontie Wally - 4,6,8,2,10,12 --- Floor Breaks at final
Rusty Breaky Smoothie Frontie Wally - 4,6,8,2,12,10
Rusty Breaky Smoothie Wally Innie - 4,6,8,2,10,12
Earthy Breaky Smoothie Frontie Innie - 4,8,2,10,12,6
Earthy Breaky Smoothie Wallie Innie - 6,8,2,10,12,4
Mixie Breaky Smoothie Frontie Wally - 4,6,8,2, ( 12, 10 --- Probably ) 10, 12 was bad

Earthy Smoothie Smoothie Frontie Innie - 4, 2, 12, 10, 8, 6
Mixie Breaky Button Frontie Wally - 10, 8, 2, 6, 12, 4

If I am interpreting PersonManspeak properly then This Run would be;
Earthy Smoothie Smoothie Frontie Innie - 4, 2, 12, 10, 8, 6

ABC's post would then be translated;
Mixie Breaky Button Frontie Wally - 10, 8, 2, 6, 12, 4

Correct?

Wow, really? I woke up to find... this. After a pretty nice event this feels like a slap in the face. Oh well, DDO goes back to HC only again.

Anyway, for those who want to play along, I think it goes like this;
The mobs leading up to the puzzle are either stone golems (Earthy), rust monsters (Rusty), or both (Mixie)
There then may (Breaky) or may not (Smoothy) be a pit
There also may (Button) or may not (Smoothy) be a button
Finally, there are two trap boxes which will be located in up to four places; before the puzzle (Frontie), the wall to the left of the puzzle (Wally), on the puzzle wall (Wheelie), or inside the room past the gate (Innie)

The puzzle wheels are then designated by their clock positioning; 12 at the top, then clockwise 2, 4, 6 at the bottom, 8, and 10. The center wheel always has to be turned first and thus isn't listed.
