SSG has the numbers on their end for how many accounts have a character with 156+ points. My bet would be the number of people who actively post on the forums vs the number of players in the game with 156+ are vastly different; and that SSG doesn't see the need to cater to the minority of us who...
I don't think they want us to have an open playground for figuring out any build on a whim. Probably falls in line with the same reasons for DPS meters and other stuff like that.
Just that option at login. WoTC put requirements in place when SSG added the Forgotten Realms in where they had to make the world feel distinctly different (and I assume using the login screen as the teleport location counted as you not traveling fast "in game" without a cost like the long...
If you're VIP or an iconic you have access to it. Otherwise you have to buy it for your account. I bought it in a prior HC season where I want to do some stuff estar side before I did LoD chain to unlock the passageway. But if you have an estar key or don't care about getting over there fast...

That's what I'm wondering too. I run -115 ranged -115 spell on my arti and haven't noticed anything either. I want facts and observable repeatable results.
#1 on the list for me is the freedom of movement flask as there's no other clicky for it in the game; there's items that have perma-FOM at higher levels, but that clicky is great for the TR treadmill. A few other flasks are decent like displacement or stoneskin. Others like deathward are easily...
