I won't give running results but let's just say there is not a clear winner at the moment.
Well, that is surprising.

I'm kinda hoping Carionette wins, but I know all my friends are likely voting Intellect Devourer. lol Specially after playing BG3

Seeing as Carrionette looks the dumbest, it'll prolly win.

The only problem that I have with Carrionettes is that there is a mimic-like interaction with them that I'm not sure fits in the game system. There are very few things that we pick up in game, let alone dolls, toys and the like.

The idea though of having a deadly interactor that only springs to life when you are handling it and to close to avoid the attack is very appealing.

I voted for ID, even though I hate stat-damage monsters...just because the other two were even less interesting

There are plenty of better iconic D&D monsters that you could've gone with

Intelect is nice for the stat dmg and premise. Ettin looks more of the same, but i like big chunky monsters, feels like a challenge. The Carrionete looks a perfect fit for Ravenloft. All looks great to be honest.

It being the year of the dragon shouldn't we do more dragon related monster's? Like a Behir? there's only one mention of it in the game that I know of- on razorend's description. Just sayin, now would be the time to really go ham on the dragon types.

Ettin is just a giant with two heads. Meh. And possessed dolls remind me of B rate horror flicks so I'm going to go for the brain with legs.

Carrion Crawler instead of Carrionette, would have been a much, much harder choice for me (always wanted to see Carrion Crawlers in the game).
if it had been carrion crawler I would have voted for it I have no idea what a carrionette is
