Ugh.. never liked the +2 level lockout... Too much of an annoyance which quests you can do and which you can't do anymore. Especially the chains with different quest levels.

You can rewatch the stream here if anyone wants to see them 'ingame'. Starts after about 5 minutes in the video.

the problem with the +2 lockout is unless you are in a static, which not everyone is lucky enough to find or have a group of friends who play, many many solo and pug, the +2 narrows the window of group finding and makes it very slow and difficult to group with other players unless they are on exactly what you are on - no jumping around and being spontaneous; you get stuck following LFMs for specific quests. Its very slow, not very fun, not social, and can be sad.

I watched the stream entirely.
at some point someone asked about favor points to achieve the footprints and the (i guess) mimic companion,
at first answer he said that there is no 1750 and 5k favor points to reach this season then, suddenly, he contractited himself
saying 'yes' there will be those, then again said another thing to deny everything.. all in few istants LOL

My guess is mimic hunter token style trade-ins with drops from golden chests for some rewards beyond the old HC methods. But that's just a guess off what's been teased so far.

The only thing that is mildly interesting to me is the footprints. And even then, idk how far out of my way I'd go to get them. There's supposed to be more rewards, so we'll see. Kinda hoping for something that really nails it down for me on whether it's worth it to me to take time away from my main server to do this.

Yeah, it's a lot easier to find (and fill) LFMs when you have 4 levels to play with. If you're level 10 running your level 6s you can still feel pretty comfortable jumping into a group running 7, 8, 9, maybe even 10-12 for older quests (or to get your Ravenloft gear lol). If you're level 8 running your level 6s, it's pretty nervewracking going above 7, *maybe* 8.

Foaly they already said somewhere it is 2 months, so get your wallet out and build another guild ship. I wont be joining you though i will be running my reaper xp toon in my exclusive pd halls of valhalla guild and we will run with the platinum bought ship if we run with buffs at all.

I was looking and couldn't find it and the stream today was over an hour long and I watched it at 2x after it was posted cause I don't have time to just scrub through trying to find a time. hence why I asked here. but good luck on your run narc.

So assuming the level 2 lock out on a 2 month season is true... That doesn't sound very wise. I get liking the challenge of +2 lockout, but as some said above, it provides a challenge for grouping on a 2 month season.

And now we know they can do other colors of bootprints, why didn't they do this when people were asking for this for the season 1 redux?

EDIT: also, why a 2 month season when summer is about to start? more would play during summer for sure.
