Eftirréttirnir verða ekki mikið þjóðlegri en þessi: Skyr og rúgbrauð, gerið svo vel! Hér er á ferðinni virkilega góður eftirréttur, skyrkaka með rúgbrauðskurli, sem má einnig borða í morgunmat á góðum degi.
Hráefni:
- 4 rúgbrauðssneiðar
- 40 g möndlur
- 500 g skyr
- 1 vanillustöng
- 2 tsk hlynsíróp
- 4 tsk sykur
- 10 fersk jarðarber
- fersk myntublöð
- Saxið möndlurnar gróflega og myljið rúgbrauðið.
- Blandið saman og þurrristið á pönnu í 5 mínútur.
- Hellið í skál og blandið sykri saman við.
- Skerið vanillustöngina í tvennt langsum, skafið fræin úr og fleygið hýðinu.
- Blandið vanillunni saman við skyrið ásamt hlynsírópi og hrærið vel saman.
- Hellið skyrblöndunni í 4 glös og stráið rúgbrauðs- og möndlukurlinu yfir.
- Skerið jarðarberin niður og skreytið með þeim og ferskri myntu.
